I installed a new cooling fan assembly but the fans won't turn on. Checking the codes I get a P0480 which is a cooling fan circuit fault. Does anyone know what to do to resolve this now? Is the PCM bad?

I tested and did find the one motor not working. I ordered a new cooling fan assy which will show up tomorrow and I will install it and find out if things are back to normal.

Should both cooling fans on the radiator turn at the same time? Only my passenger side fan runs with the AC. Neither seemed to run with out the AC on and the engine overheats. What would cause the fans to not turn on?
