I didnt try the drivers side it looked like it wasnt removable. On the passenger side you just have to pull and the panel unclips.

I was finally able yo remove the side pannel of the center console and i found the box. I unplugged then plugged again and dvd started working. For those interested here is the pic

For those interested on the edge sport '11 the black box is under the center conse and you can access itby removing side panel on passenger side

I found the box under the center control played with the wires and i worked. Thanks for the help

Thanks jmacd27 but i looked under the seats and indeed the white and red are drivers side and blue and black on passenger side. No sign of the box though. I followed a wire and i think that the box might be under the center console in front of the car so not accessible without removing it.

Quick question for you. How are the dual headrest connected together? Is there a control box? One of my 2 dvds doesnt power on but i can seem to find that box. Thanks

Thanks for your help i looked again and only thing i found is a small black box besides the fuse panel and the fuse inside was good. Cant seem to find master blackbox so ill take it to the dealership unfortunatly. Wish I had found it.

Thanks autom8r, i was able to remove seat back but only thing i saw was the 2 cables that come out of headrest. No black box seen anywhere. will try to post pics

Hey guys was just wondering if somebody could help me out with this. I have a ford edge sport '11 with dual invision headrest dvds that have been working fine since i bought the truck. Yesterday i noticed that the dvd on the drivers side doesnt get any power while the other one works just fine. Did a quick check and everything seems connected does anybody know how to troubleshoot this? Might as well try and save a few bucks. Thanks
