My 2008 Ford Edge has an airbag light on the control panel that started staying on this AM on the way to work. Is this a common issue on the Edge? I have also found several complaints of airbags not deploying in accidents which has me concerned. There has been no accident that would cause light to come on.

My 2008 Ford Edge has an airbag light on the control panel that started staying on this AM on the way to work. Is this a common issue on the Edge? I found several complains of airbags not deploying in Edge vehicles and am beginning to get concerned. The car has not been in any sort of accident that would cause the sensor to activate.

I had a tail light go out this week. Took it in to be changed today and found out the socket is burnt and needs replaced. This is a 2008 model. Ford needs to have a fix or recall on this.
