My Touch sensitve button doesnt work and neither does my CD Eject Button work. does anyone have a fix for this?

So I see that my 2011 Ford Edge Limited has a FSA 12M02 which is Something to do with the Sync MyFordTouch warranty. The only two problems I'm having with my Edge right now is the touch sensitive Hazard light button doesn't work and neither does the CD eject button. Since these both are in the Radio Cluster in my car does it fall under the MFT warranty? What are some troubleshooting procedures I can do at home to try to resolve the problem? Thank you, Christopher
