Just had the "electronic" pin cleaning done on my 2013 at the dealer to hopefully resolve the issue for a while at least.
What an annoying setup of idiot alarms they have daisy chained for this event.
Would someone really put their edge in park, and shut the motor off if they know the door is actually latched. LOL
God help us if we can't get beyond this type of "convenience" or leave safety up to a CPU.
At least it is my wife's vehicle, I would have lost my cool long before I drove it that way much.
