I have MFT GEN 2-3.6.2 Ford Sync says that is the latest version . Also my Ambient Lighting keeps going back to the default setting after several restarts .

At times the radio volume will be unresponsive on my 2011 Edge. When trying to raise or lower the volume nothing will happen and all of a sudden the volume will go to off or about half way up on the loudness scale and will be unable to change the volume with the steering wheel button or the radio volume knob.

After I set the Ambient lighting to my preference ( Red ) It will go back to the default setting after a few restarts. Anybody else seen this concern ?
