  1. WOW!!!!!! The first thing is the handling.... The instant power when you foot hits the gas pedal. ......The looks(mine is black with black interior) the treading is a wonderful creme color that really makes it pop. The VISTA wow so much fun at the beach.....Its the cloest thing there is to a convertable SUV......The sound system is pretty great.....Tons of quality sound from a factory system....The crome on the black is just about the most eye catching thing there is.....I am pushing 18k on my EDGE......I live in the south and everywhere I go in my EDGE I get the wwwwwwoooooooooowwwwwwwwwwww what is that looks. We sell alot of EDGE'S. Everyone that comes into out dealership looking at anything other then a F series truck, we ask them to drive an EDGE. Our store sells about 10 a month and we are a little store. I see all the comments about how bad dealerships are.....If the employees are driving FORD's then why would you want to buy from them. These people aren't proud of the products and don't know how wonderful they are.... I am willing to anwser any questions that anyone has about the vehicles or any financing questions as well as warranty or products that you have purchased..... Have you driven a FORD lately??????
  2. Well, I am an employee... I work for a Ford dealership in Ga. I am the finance director in my store and finance people are the ones that have you fill out your title application. I want to post first that the EDGE is a crossover vehicle and considering that title office across the nation do not have the option to label such a vehicle correctly on a title application there is going to be a variable. When your title application is filled out it can be labeled as a SUV-Wagon or as a light duty truck. This depends on your state. In Ga it is a SUV-Wagon. I hope this clears up any questions . p.s. Intelligent responces are handed out daily from my dealership and my company. If you use intelligent responses lawyers are not needed.
  3. I am so sorry for the poor service your dealership has provided you. I work in management of a Ford dealership in Perry Ga. The customer service number for FORD is 1-800-392-3673. Please don't judge all dealerships or FMC by the bad apple you had to deal with. I hope this helps.
  4. Hello, I have worked for a Ford dealership for the last 2 years. I bought my Edge in Dec. of 2007. I have driven every vehicle that Ford has on the road. (including the GT) In my perosnal opinion the EDGE is a true quality vehicle. I am proud to work for FORD when we have vehicles like this on the road. I say bring on the IMPORTS.
