  2. For the new Edge owner since the beginning of the thread...someone else have the driver seat not centered with the steering wheel? Or maybe back pain...?
  3. For your pano sunroof, a friend of mine had the same issue. Dealer change the rail on both side on warranty. Tell that to yours
  4. Called Ford Canada yesterday. They didn't know about the problem. They don't have any service bulletin on this... It's seem to be a common problem or design on multiple car/brand. May be it's for side airbag deploying vs the steering wheel or just because we usually driving with one hand!? For sure, this design or I don't know what is bugging me!!
  5. May be a big mistake in their quality departement !? I'm gonna call Ford Canada on this!
  6. I noticed something special on my Edge Sport 2015. The driver's seat is not centered relative to the center of the steering wheel and dashboard. If you look in the photo, the speedometer is perfectly centered with ford logo on the wheel. However , the base of the seat ( leather V between the two seams) is off vs the wheel. Easily seen by looking at the wheel base (metal false ) vs the seat . In addition, the space between the driver seat and the center console is approximately 1/2 inch smaller than the space between the passenger seat and center console . Question: Is it normal? Are you seeing the same thing on your Edge? Driver seat Passenger seat **Why the picture were uploaded "on another side" vs the original on my iPad!?
  7. I had another rattle but I found where he's coming from. It sound like "tic tic tic" coming from the back seat on the passenger side. It's the small clip under the seat who fix the seat in place. In case if someone else having the same rattle...
  8. I have a brand new Sport and i've got the same rattle. A friend of me have a 2015 Sport too and found where the rattle come from. It's the plastic plate on the B pillar where the adjustable mounting bracket (vertically 3 positions) of the seat belt are fixed. To test it, while your are driving, hold the plastic piece behind the anchor of the seat belt behind your head on the B pillar et listen. For me, it work. I have another rattle coming from the panoramic sunroof front passenger side...where have to be fixed. **sorry for my english...
