  1. Back in 2015, my 2008 Ford Edge had accelerating issues with diagnostic codes:P0715, P0717, P0720. My OSS & TSS speed sensors were replaced, codes cleared, etc. Now in 2017 (just shy of 2 years later) the car is showing delays when shifting into/from R and D. Additionally, the car seems to putter when I drive between 45-60mph. The car only has 85,000miles at 9 years old. My last oil change said the transmission fluid seemed a bit low (since the previous oil change) but nothing concerning or alarming. For all we know everything has been fine, except for the issue in 2015. We are taking it in to a transmission shop to have it looked at before it becomes really bad. Just wanted to see if anyone else out there has had these kinds of issues...and can provide some insight as to costs, etc, so we can brace ourselves.
  2. My memory is escaping me for the full details now but we took it to a trusted mechanic who found a 3 security sensor codes. The mechanic had it towed to a Ford Dealership to properly resolve the issue. It ended up costing around $1000, I believe.
  3. This happened to us this evening in our 2008 Ford Edge (70k miles). Car felt like it was stalling* & it took a lot of pressure on the accelerator to move the car (but speedometer didn't move past 0), ODO Data Error Message came on; Airbag, Tire Pressure, & Wrench/Mechanic lights came on. There was also an error message about Tire Pressure Default or something. I popped online now tonight to figure out what this could be - so glad I found this forum and this issue. I have yet to see if the issue resolves itself once we turn the car back on. *The stalling issue is a quite frequent issue, I've experienced over the last 11 months. I've taken the car in 2-3 times but mechanics were never able to diagnose the issue and then later I realized, the issue clears once the car is turned off/on again. (Which is why the mechanic could never diagnose the issue, by the time we had it towed there, the system reset). But in the recents weeks, the car often feels like it lags and then kicks into acceleration - so frustrating!! Even more so because I had a 5 year warranty on the car that just expired 3 weeks ago but the issues were never able to be diagnosed properly during the warranty.
