I did just tha.. i opened it up, put doubled tape ( no stickum) under all buttons. Works for me as I never use the buttons anyway. Unlock/lock with door handle, open tailgate with door button. No more accidentals. Thanks

I tried Both fobs..eventually same thing. If I shut the door with the fob in the car horn goes off..kinda annoying late at night or in the garage, etc. Fob has to be outside the car. Dealer says Taurus remote like my wife's 15 limited will not program to an edge. It happened again today: I was getting out at work, fob in rt leg lower cargo pocket and panic alarm went off in store parking lot. Sat back down, silenced the alarm and when I got out again the rear hatch opened and the doors locked.

ENIGMA-2: The one you showed me on eBay is the one I ordered - it completey covers the fob. YET the buttons still activate. If I wear it on my belt hanging free it snags on the seat belt when I get out. THERE IS NOTHING in the same pocket.

I have a 2015 Edge with pushbutton start - thus the fob is quite large and the front surface is raised. This makes the buttons prone to pocket activation. First happened as soon as soon as I got the car and after parking it I looked out the window and the rear power tailgate was open. Several days later while exiting the car the panic alarm went off and the tailgate opened again. switched fobs but same thing. I wear cargo pants and keep it in the thigh pocket and I bought a leather cover on eBay but it still does it; while climbing a ladder in my garage - as soon as I raised my leg the car alarm went off. My wife has a 15 Taurus and her fob is dish shaped so the buttons are protected - no problem. Ford dealer says I can't have one of her "scooped" fobs programmed for my car. ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCE THIS!!!!!!

2015 Edge My Sync iPhone 5 Contacts in my phone are not read back as they are in the phone. EXAMPLE: my wife Ruby has 3 contact numbers:; WORK, LAB, CELL I enter into the contacts RUBY, then list the 3 numbers. When I ask sync to DIAL RUBY CELL, it gets confused and displays all 3 numbers and I have to ask for a line number. When I enter all 3 separately (RUBY CELL with the number, etc) it responds RUBY CELL ON OTHER even though the phone category is cell. What gives??

What is " autounlock" vs. autolock? Ive both enabled and disabled and see no change.

Macbook Air Open iTunes and make a new playlist with your title - example PIRATES for Pirates of the Carib. Fill this play list with the songs you want shrink iTunes to 1/2 screen put thumbdrive into usb port and name it open finder shrink 1/2 size so both windows are visible scroll down to DEVICES to see thumb drive on itunes window open new playlist - EDIT, SELECT ALL drag all tunes to finder column - it gets a red outline - verify download is complete. Plug into MySync port - on my 15 edge it shows the name of the USB drive (PIRATES) as soon as I plug in. I did this with 2 different drives - the main one has 400 songs and the entertainment menu shows both USB names. Voice commands work to select ( USB PIRATES, etc). hope this helps NO file conversions just drag and drop.
