@RedEdge, is your new module has white leds? or blue as the original one?

Does anybody know what the difference between HU5Z-19A387-A vs HC3Z-19A387-B.
I've bought HU5Z-19A387-A, but I think it's for Focus and not for Edge

I've just installed 1.6GB(Nav interesting why with Nav the file is smaller?) no issues. I don't see CP button but I see AA button, also new feature for Radio to autoscan channels.
Any other new functionality? Is there a changelog to see what's new?

would be cool if somebody who has done post the photo instructions

please just don't upgrade/change the forum version!

@Ben,
I have just removed the cup holder plastic insert and noticed that the noise went away. So now at least I know where it's coming from.. every times it becomes louder I remove and re-insert it back

I found what makes the noisy... it's the plastic in the cap holders of the center console

if only $100, I will just wait... who knows maybe I will sell or trade in the car in 2 years?
Also, I remember there was a website where one can buy Ford extended warranty cheaper than in a local dealer...
-
By the way, should I buy the extended warranty within the first year? or wait till standard warranty ends? and buy on 35th month?
-
Why not to buy extended warranty from Ford?
Why third party?
-
yeah, my dealer also have 17's...
any good youtube review over there btw?
-
thanks guys!
IWRBB, that's good to know, thanks!

If I buy a car from dealer X can I go for warranty fixes to dealer Y?
If yes, does it make any difference? (I mean the dealer X where I buy car, probably, have some moral responsibility to fix they car, since they sold me it with the issues, but dealer Y most likely will try to get rid of me as soon as they can)

Hi there,
I have Titanium 2016, recently, I have noticed some buzzing noise under the cup holders in the arm rest area.
I think, I saw one day here similar complaints, does anybody know how it could be fixed?
Thanks

Not peeling but I have a few spots right on creases where the paint has chipped off. On the edge of the door next to the hinge on the rear passenger side is one place. Couldn't have been a rock chip in that location.
same here, in my case is from the inner side of the right rear door;[ same color
-
My doors also makes problem, i literally have to slam left back door
-
Confirm, for me as well - when AC is turned off, I feel backs are being ventilated

Is there any proved methods to prolong leather life and color?
My edge's ceramic leather seats pretty sensitive, after 3 months of use they (driver seat) already looked worn out
-
Yes, maybe you are right, but then i really don't notice any steering adaptivity in "normal" mode it drives the same was as my older car without this feature. While in 'sport' mode I feel it becomes a little bit heavier.
-
t0lkman - I don't know what you're turning off, but it's not the Adaptive Steering as it cannot be toggled on or off. It's in the owner's manual page 218. You can chose between two modes.
mjonis - It's part of the Driver's Package and the package is $1,800 at retail. I got it because I really like the Adaptive Cruise Control and have
/had it on four cars now. The dealer I go to found my car on anther lot 37 miles away. It came with all the options I wanted and none of the options I didn't want like 20" wheels and the trailer hitch.
Turned off for Normal drive, turned on for S drive
-
I have that option and it's always off I really don't mind driving without it

hmm interesting, how they do film protection for carpets? and seats?

It took me around 20 minutes to replace the hub. The one I have received has white light (Lincoln version of the apple certified hub).
I really liked blue color, so I ended up "hacking" it a little bit, I used blue film from the red-blue glasses and put it inside the module.
Now the module and the light looks authentic like the original one
I used auto trim removal tools (the most right one) and the module came out with help of my fingers.
Attaching some pics of the original (old) module for the records.
