Now another update !! I noticed today that the traffic no longer works. I called my Ford dealer and they said they never reactivated the account because they can’t. So obviously Sirius did something to try to fix the issue but it’s now not working. I’m getting sick of Sirius saying they can’t reactivate it.

Problem solved. Called my local Ford dealer and they took care of the problem. We went out today and the traffic from Sirius was working.

I talked to Sirius and the 1st rep said the dealer cancelled the subscription the day we bought the car new and to contact the dealer. I did that and they were as puzzled as I was. Called Serius back and the 2nd rep admitted they made a mistake but that I had to call the dealer and have them call Serius to reactivate the traffic. I was not happy. They made the mistake but couldn’t fix it. Doesn’t sound right.

I just noticed that the traffic feature on our 16 Edge is no longer working. From the little research Ive done it looks like traffic , weather , and restaurant locations are all gone. Anyone know if I can get them back . I thought it was supposed to be 5 year thing. Thanks for any advice

We are leaving the Edge at the airport for a week and was wondering if leaving the key fob in the car would drain the battery ?

We have a '16 SEL and I need advice on a cargo mat for the back. I think we're looking at rubber mat but want something that looks good and things won't slide around on the mat. Any advice on type or company's would be appreciated. Thanks

I agree that it doesn't really work. I did call Ford customer service and they were great. Told me the Edge is in transit and should be here on the 24th. One week to go.

I have a '16 SEL ordered with a build date of Oct.6th. The dealer gave me the VIN and delivery dates between the 21st and 27th. I have been able to print out the window sticker but still can't get anything from Ford order tracking online .Does anybody know if this is normal ?By the way I can't wait to get this Ruby Red baby with Ebony interior. Thanks for any info.

Sorry for the confusing message. The dealer gave us the build date of Oct. 6th but ETIS only list the date as 30.11.0002 which I understand means nothing. Since I was able to download the window sticker , I wonder if the car is already built ?

Correction on my previous post. The Edge does show up on ETIS but it doesn't list a build date. Thanks

We have a build date of Oct. 6th and I have downloaded the electronic window sticker. Sticker has no build date but the dealer gave me the date along with estimated delivery. I'm just wondering why when I put in the vin on ETIS , I get no information. Is this normal ?

We just ordered a '16 Ruby Red SEL with the 2.0 L Ecoboost. The dealer was great and has said it would be 8-10 weeks for delivery. I was just wondering if this about right or does it sometimes come early. We live in Virginia so I'm guessing it will be a while since we're quite a ways from Canada. We loved the test drive and can't wait for it to get here. Thanks so much.

Hey we just ordered a 2016 SEL Aug. 25th but on this post it has Aug. 5th as the last day for '16 orders. Anyone have an idea what might be happening with our order ? Thanks
