Well, Add me to the list. I've had my 2008 since June 8000 miles and last week I noticed the odor of oil burning so I took it in. The service manager said he knew exactly what it was and would be fixed in 2 hours. I picked it up the next day and was told they replaced a seal and all is good. Yesterday when I left for work I noticed a puddle of pink fluid. Now it is back in the shop. Apparently they put the old version seal in by accident so now they are replacing it with the so called new and improved seal with a yellow deflector. He swears this will fix it. I hope...
