I have just purchased a 2013 Edge Limited and having same issue also couple times already. I usually just have either my phone blutoothed in or my usb drive playing my music and I took it out of town first time this last weekend and it happed twice to me. I would push the voice button and I'd notice a small "ear" icon display where it should say "listening" and "she" doesn't say "please say a command" like usual. Haven't done that reset yet,, thanks for the input.
