Thanks for the replies, first one, mine is a '13 hopefully not showing its age yet. My main question was where is the cam position sensor located? It's a $27 part and if reasonably accessible I'd replace it myself before heading to garage to spend hundreds. I've googled it and searched some forums but can't find info on location past about an 08 which is different than mine probably? Mine is the 4cyl Ecoboost, if anyone has any diagrams, that would be great. Thanks

Any chance cam position sensor is in the same location on a '13 Edge 4cyl Ecoboost? I'm getting p0012 code which says it's bank 1 only which is the front or left one right? Sluggish acceleration is only symptom so far. Getting p0299 code also but from what I understand that is turbo which is probably being caused by the cam position sensor issue? Thanks for any info.
