Well after about an hour of strong language and force I got the USB module out and put the new one in and now have carplay. I think the best thing I could have done was remove the leather side panels and the back shelf cover to help with pushing the module out. I just ran into a little issue where all the sides and top would pop out but the bottom just wouldn't give. Those clips are something else man. I also wanted to thank everyone in here for the feedback and tips to make this as easy as possible to accomplish.
