  1. Hmmmmmm, well. It does in fact look very similar to concrete that may have a bit of green lichen (moss) that had grown in it. But, that being said, I think it is a lovely color despite the iffy description. If you wanted herb sage this is not going to knock your socks off. If you wanted kinda a medium grey/aluminum color with a under lieing tint of sage green then you will love it. I think it will also hide the dust fairly well.

I have the Redfire Metallic (now pushing 1700 miles) and love it but it is unforgivable with the dust. I can't imagine what it will be like when the pollen start flying.

Be sure to let us know what you think when you see it in person......we promise not to tell hubby. :yup:

  2. Traded a 1999 F250 CC w/7.3 powerstroke diesel for the 07 AWD Edge

Traded a 2003 Explorer limited V8 for an AWD 07 Fusion

If Ford doesn't make it out of the doldrums it won't be my fault! :shades:

What did you trade in ?

Thats quite a few Fords! :hyper:

I traded in a 2004 Mazda Tribute. Reliable vehicle but soooooo boring. Before that I drove a 2002 Ford Sport Trac......it was much more interesting.

  3. I used my Navi system this past weekend to get me thru the heart (and one way dregs) of Baltimore. I must have made some 25 turns, half of them one way only streets, and my Navi was faultless. Given the scaryness of some of these areas I found myself truley appreciating my new toy....especially since I wasn't really sure if I would use the Navigation system my husband convinced me to get. Anyway, after reaching my destination I found myself thanking my new found friend for getting me there accurately. Since we now had a good relationship I decided she needed a name. So my Navigation Systems new name is Fiona. Thank you Fiona for cruising the streets of inner Baltimore in such a well in formed manner. :yup:

  4. I guess part of the excitement is that this vehicle actually is a great car! Something one can't always assume. It handles wonderfully for a large heavy CUV, is extremely comfy on the inside and is well with a normal persons budget. Thus far in the admittedly short time it's been out it has solid maintenance record too. MPG is an isue but it is no worse than comperable vehicles out there and in some cases it's better.

  5. Well first off, congratulations, NHunter!! :hyper:

I only have a single kid....but I would think 3 across would work. But It probably will be tight since the newborn seats tend to be so much bulkier than a booster seat. You might want to borrow a few from friends and take them in and actually try it out.
