I haven't had much time here lately to do anything, but I did take my Edge to the dealership yesterday for "The Works." Also, within the last couple of weeks I dipped my badges, the chrome trim around the rear emblem and I painted my exhaust tips and trailer hitch (with high heat not dipped).

Hey omar302, is there an upgrade for the 2012? I want to get away from all the red. If not my only option might be to spray them.

Thanks to Lucaspj35, I was able to replace my roof rails with the trim strips for just $17.60 (cost to ship my rails). I love the way it looks with out the rails. I have no trust issues at all nor should you. I have sold stuff through other forums before with no issues. Just need to wait for a good weather break so my Edge doesn't leak while removed. I don't have a garage or anything to park under. Lol

i want to get rid of my racks (don't have cross bars) but I need the filler strip to replace the racks. Willing to make a killer trade? By killer trade, I mean you pay to send the trim strips to me and I pay to send my rails to you. LOL

I haven't updated in a while, been super busy. I recently put in my interior LED lights, licence plate and reverse lights. I also made changes to some interior trim pieces. Before and After pictures of trim. The picture of the door trim is for advice. How do I remove the longer trim pieces under the window controls? I tried to remove them with no luck, but didn't try too hard as not to break them.

Thanks for the replies. I will just have it repaired. Will replacing the stock muffler with a magnaflow muffler give better sound?

Today my flex pipe blew. I took it in to get checked and I have two options but wanted to get some feedback. They can fix the flex pipe for $85 or I can get a new set-up for $300. The picture shows my current set-up and the new set-up they'll install. They would be installing the new flex pipe, new muffler where the resonator was and a wye pipe to connect to my stock tips for $300. The muffler is a Magnaflow 11235. Any recommendations on the new set-up and or new muffler.....2012 Egde Limited AWD 3.5

I think that's what is happening. Does that mean it could be going out? This is it happening.

I noticed here the last couple of days while driving. When braking from about 60mph or more, my RPMs jump up. I think it does it when slowing down without using brakes also. What could be causing this?

Thanks for the info and video guys. Started to think something was wrong, cause that was the first time flashing my high beams with surrounding noise. Lol

Today I noticed a weird clunking sound when flashing my high beams. When I pull to just flash them it makes the sound and than again when letting go. It sounds like it's coming from the engine bay. I've been wanting to do the LEDs (have on every car) just haven't looked at the kits. I'll also look into the protector. Might go with a clear one, not sure how a black would look. Thanks for the info and feedback.

Finally getting around to posting my new puddle lights. I know they don't give much light compared to stock, but they do look pretty awesome.

Added a little something to the lift gate. I'll hopefully be adding my new puddle lights on 11/30.

I added some striker covers. I need to add some stronger double sided adhesive so they stick better. The stuff they came with sucks. Once I decide to wrap or dip my rims matte black these should look pretty good. I've always wanted a pillow while driving. Not sure if I'll keep it cause it's a little too relaxing on my way home from work. Lol I may or may not put these on. I also have a silver set to choose between.

I should be receiving a lot of my other little miscellaneous items coming in soon. Replaced this the other day.

My Edge is Ginger Ale (green.) I was thinking either Epona, Oogie Boogie or Pascal. I know Epona isn't green but it would go along with my username and front vanity plate. Lol

Last night I switched over my vanity plate from my Kia since the wife claims that car now. Today I also added this shorty.

My nonslip mats came in and I also added this little cargo net.

Lol, yeah. I bought the Edge used and it didn't have any mats at all. Had to get something quick to cover the carpet. Lol
