I purchased Morimoto H11 to replace my low beams in my 2018 Edge SEL, the HID should be seated in where the insolated lead is at 6:00 o clock and is the a mod I need to do. Any suggestions. Thank you

My wiper control worked poorly, my AC temp was not as cool as it should be, I went to the service dept, explained that the wipers delay did not work correctly, the service advisor had copied from the manual how the wiper system worked- I told him that the issue has not been corrected, when the tech checked it out the operation he used most of my wiper fluid and said it works correctly. AC temp: I measured to output from the vent with a calibrated temp meter, on low speed the temp was 62.5 degrees, max ac it went to 65 degrees, the tech stated it was 47 degrees, I spoke with the service manager on the phone , explained I feel that the AC temp was incorrect, he stated his inferred unit is also calibrated, I met with the service manager, he stated he did not talk with me-, he had the service report, stating we do it by what Ford states in the service manual, I asked him to come out to the Edge twice and check the temp, that did not happen, I also explained that I went to other dealers , checked the temp with my meter, rudely he stated than go to others for service: this service manager needs training for customer service. Bottom line I will never go back to Girard Ford -Norwich , CT for service.

When I use the Max AC the temp is warmer, the dealer states they measured the temp it was 49 degrees, the tech was using a inferred temp gun, where do they measure it from, is there a factory spec for this and my certified meter shows 60. I need some info / support before I go back to the dealer. Thank you

I have used a Hi-Polymer eraser by Pentel to remove the wax on the black plastic.
