My 2011 Edge Limited has the Black screen of death. Hit a bump and it came back on. Hit another and it went off, to not turn on again. Have all my dash displays fine, just no radio, camera, nav, phone... Any ideas? My local dealer isn't very helpful and just wanted to charge me $800 plus labor to fix. This was over the phone of course. They didn't seem over joyed to help me.
