  1. Issue: Ford Edge 2011 SEL AWD model, When AC on or MAX AC on, with air recirculating on or off, the driver seat always has a natural wind, it's not cool, not hot, but natural wind, while the passenger seat is working correctly with cool air. The heater/hot air working OK for both driver and passenger seat. I tried below solutions but nothing happened yet: 1. combination of AC power button and defrost button for 10 seconds, no click sound, no change 2. change the blend door actuator at driver side, no change And I even sent the car to the Ford Dealer who sold it to me, and just got it back from them, they are saying the issue is from the inner temperature sensor and the condenser, which they suggest to be replaced at a cost of $1700. I totally not agree with that diagnosis, because this is definitely not the cause of driver seat no cool air. They kinda agreed with me but no further comments, looks like the technician there lack of skills to nail down the root cause. Other fix/change happened before: I fixed the AJAR issue at driver door via connect the wire to a bolt in driver door. I doubt it has anything to do with this AC issue. Any comments/thoughts/AC system diagram are welcome! Thanks,
  2. That means the blend door actuator is bad, so replace it would be the answer. There are videos on how to replace it.
  3. On my Ford Edge 2011 SEL, I did follow the procedure listed above by WWWPerfA_ZN0W, but could not trigger the EATC Self Test mode. I did press the OFF and DEFROST buttons simultaneously and release, then press the AUTO button within 2 seconds. The display did not show a flashing "----" . Any hints? Thanks, My panel looks like below picture:
