Update.....got a call from dealership today. They pulled pan and there was debris in pan. The dealership reach out to Ford and as of now, they're saying 99.9% a new transmission. With 3000 miles a new transmission is needed and most likely caused by a bad TC from what my tech told me. I have an early build 2/19, my understanding there were bad TCs early on. So be aware if you had a TC replaced, there is a good possibility you may have damaged clutches and hope they pulled trans pan to inspect if indeed you had one replaced. Just an heads up folks.

Well, this new TSB re-flash didn't last too long. Back to the dealership with the same transmission issue as in the beginning. Although I haven't driven very much, as of now with only 3100 miles since last July. Not to the issues, has lurching forward at low speeds, flare from 3rd to 4th (full disengage until pedal lift) only when cold, then catches next gear. The hesitation has resurfaced from a stop, like you have breaks applied (sluggish) and with traction control off. Service tech called me today, they not sure what it could be. Anyone here with an fix if you have experienced this issue. I believe it's the TC. Chime in. Thanks

Glad it worked out as well I as thought it would. Let me know how the tune works out after the new tune. Been thinking doing the LMS tune as well.

If you have the same results as I, you will be happy. As far as the tune, I am sure it will only enhance the updated flash. You will notice the difference right out the gate, as I had what felt like low end turbo lag. No more of that going on and also, you will notice better controls in sport mode while using the paddle shifts. Let us know your experience afterwards.

Hello folks, Got the TSB completed on the ST. Picked up today and what a difference. Smooth engagement and much better shifting. Sport mode is awakened as well with better controls through the paddle shifts. To me, seems they tweaked more than just the tranny. Feels much more responsive and seems power band was increased. Slips rear tires at ease. Happy Camper right now. Folks if you're having the issues get this completed ASAP. Hope this helped.

Have had that issue as well.

I have not got the TSB yet. Scheduled later next week. Still having same issues. 1700 miles and still same issues. Been doing since first week of ownership. Will post when I get the TSB completed. Same issue as you concerning sluggish between gears before a shift. Sport mode is a joke as well. Will update after TSB.

No lights, no applying brakes. Just jumps out of gear and revved to high heaven. Only occurs at Radom between shifts 2nd to 3rd. I also have on take off like hesitation and all of a sudden lurch forward and freely if that makes sense. Almost like its flooded with fuel and clears out like a carbureted would back in the day if running really rich. I hope I am making sense here. Hard to explain.

I just want to say I love the ST. But the transmission is far from being what it should be. My issue has been hard engagement, 2nd to 3rd flare, jumping out of gear and revving and need to lift off the go pedal to re-engage. Has anyone else had this issue? 1400 miles on the clock and will be taking to dealer next week. I am really concerned of this issue, otherwise love it.
