I've got severe tail light and trunk light bar condensation with water collecting on the bottom, and have had it since a bought my 2015 Edge Titanium used at the Ford dealer with 32,000 miles. Of course I bought the extended Ford bumper to bumper warranty taking it to 100,000 miles.. ..AND THE PROBLEM IS NOT COVERED!!! My son-in-law who is a Ford mechanic and was a service advisor when that year Edge came out in 2014 said that it's a big issue and Ford HQ said to put folks off saying it is not a safety issue. Once past 32,00 miles they tell you politely to go blow smoke. My guy said to take off the light bar (youtube has several videos on it) and try blowing air thru it with a shop vac until it clears. Then put clear silicone on the defective thin rubber gasket which is causing all the problems. Other than that, I may disconnect the electricity to the light bar to see if that helps. It drives me nuts to think that Ford won't deal with the defect. I plan to get something other that a ford next time because of it. I hope everyone else will do the same. I've written to my Congressman to see if he would take it to the NTSB.
