Thanks for the info. Look forward to feeling the difference. I noticed improved braking with new PowerStop slotted rotors and pads but the brake pedal feel has always left “something to be desired”.

My motive power bleeder came with the #1107 “Late model Ford” adapter which is a 3tab cap and does NOT work with our Edge STs Anyone know the brake reservoir cap size or the correct Motive bleeder adapter for an ST?

Using Motorcraft Dot 4 currently. What do you recommend? I already purchased the aftermarket lines and was going to try them out anyways. I always upgrade to SS lines on most of my vehicles.

Replaced front brake rotors + pads last weekend using Power stop slotted and cross drilled rotors. Also bled both front brakes. Braking seems improved from before. I want to improve brake pedal feel so I ordered Front and Rear Rotora stainless steel brake lines. I will be using Motive Tools brake bleeding kit. Any special techniques or advice when bleeding the rear or front brakes that is specific to this vehicle?

We just bought a new 2019 Edge ST in White. So far the family and I love the luxury and tech features. The ST was my decision since performance is important in my book. (Plus the ST looks so much nicer) I also have a 2011 Nissan GTR as my weekend toy. She makes 1150hp at the wheels and 1020lb/ft of torque. And a 2016 Triumph Thruxton R for weekend duties in the twisty mountain roads. Next on the list is an extended warranty plan for the ST. All these gadgets (which require computers) scare me if they were to break. Nice to meet all of you!

Since you only owned your 2016 and never used it then that is a good thing! I think 3 years would have been covered under the Original Warranty right? The OP is keeping his for 7 years which is a good estimate as to how long we may keep ours. I am leaning towards purchasing the warranty as well.
