The ford motorcade rear shocks tend to hit the bump stop to early for my taste. I ordered some bilstein b6. pn 24-283113. Bought a master pro fm1586 bump stop. Cut it out to fit the top butterfly aluminum price that mounts the top of the shocks. I cut the price to fit and had a master mechanic look at it before I put it on. Just polished the aluminum with a wire brush from Walmart the hart brand has nice ones for like 6 bucks. I had some combined covers for the shocks. Can post pics if wanted.

My dealer checks mine and I’m at 65 k still no signs of anything they suggested not doing yet might do a dump n swap

I forgot about that guy. I have two really large subs and have found the rear isn’t much noise Stock. Really cool idea. I have been thinking about using it as a cheap filler for other areas as well...

It's past time to escalate this issue to your regional Ford rep. Ask them to take your car away from the current shop and have the work done elsewhere or whatever solution you can live with. Your current shop is obviously inept.
Call if you are in the United States, dial 800-392-3673, if you're in Canada 800-565-3673. If you're elsewhere check your owner's manual. Or use your Ford.com account. Click "About Ford" then "Company Information" and "Contact Ford." Scroll down to the eMail section and find "Email us about vehicles and servics." Follow the rest of the prompts from there.
Good luck!
As always a slamming post

IMHO you have to price items if you want to sell them. What do you want for each item and where are you located?
I’ll start the bidding at $75 including shipping!

Dude this is so awesome. I have seriously had dreams of just hacksawing it and putting something massive in! So amazing.

I have a 2011 Edge Limited AWD. At first the backup camera only works 1 out of 20 tries. That has been happening for over a year now. Sometimes it is upside down, sometimes it has colored lines, and sometimes it is just black. I am on my second new battery this year. I found out how to check for what is using the battery with a multi-meter. I appears to be the Radio. It is pulling 0.4 amps constantly. That should be closer to 30 milliamps. Car won't start every three days yet it get driven daily. If I pull the fuse the A/C won't work. Any advise on what to do?
Thanks
What model and what year? This really matters. What type of battery? How old? What’s the cold cranking amps? What’s your weather?

anyone have issues with a humming/vibrating that starts in rear of car and fades to back passenger speakers? Faint, gets louder then goes away. Did it on and off for a week, only idled at light or in park in driveway then just stopped. Curious if it was my amp ot subwoofer going bad.... any information on if or what this model has?
What stereo did you have
what year
what engine ?

How much do they weigh if we ship

I once test drove a 2020 and pulled over and noticed they hadn’t hooked up the batter correctly.
when I bought mine the next day the light went on and battery died soon after.
just curious what was the final solution?

RGTM module has failed two times on me. Mechanic finally suggested it’s because the amp on the Sony stereos is on top of it with no heat protection. The later years moved it by the tire to prevent this issue.
in other words post above me is most likely correct.

The oil pan on the 2.7EB has been a problem with several of us . This topic has been covered in detail here and Fords instructions on the fix need to be followed to the letter. The problem is how well the dealership follows Fords instructions. It is a easy job, it just cannot be rushed and done in a day.
It took a ford tech two tries to get it right for my car so yeah it has to be done right!

I have a 4 amp battery tender that works great and some milled aluminum connectors to unscrew them but they are perma mounted on my back up battery to make sure it’s ready to go.
this post was issued for this topic haha.

Probably! I guess I’m getting old?

Ok well just remember the battery charging system is very complicated. Theoretically it should improve your Milo age because the alternator needs less pull from the engine but so should turning off you lights (DO NOT ADVISE WHILE DRIVING). Some 1/4 racers will take off the alternator to drop weight and pull from the motor but those are the ones that get towed to the strip.
-
Why are you charging you battery like that? Is your electrical system having issues?
-
Yeah it’s a 15 sport and it’s the 18mm back bolts that hold in the rear seats there should be four or five of them. There’s a huge sub enclosure in there but will try to peek after work and see if I can get a pic. If they were not tightened all the way they come off because it was a crappy washer set up in my opinion. I have almost 60k miles though.

Dynomat front and rear doors. Took a lot of noise away.

This was covered in another post but my solution was an larger battery and eventually an AGM from a good company. Needed for the sync 3 connection from what I hear. If you go in and out the sound, sync, and other things will cycle every time.
Suspension modifications on gen 2

Also strongly suggest buying new bottom bolts the ford dealership only wanted $2.50 per bolt with the dry loctite
I have done other suspension mods if anyone is interested
