I'm a *little* disappointed in the pricing- I really thought the base model was gonna come in around 24- but 26 I guess aint too out of line. I was hoping the wife was going to order one in the spring instead of the little hyundai (yuck) she had been eyeing...hopefully by then there might be some incentives of some sort...she's a 'coupon cutter' and even if it costs more than the hyundai, maybe if she feels shes getting a deal....
I am quite disappointed in the fuel economy- mid 20's on the highway??? our big old windstar gets high 20s highway, and my new mustang gt gets mid/high 20's highway- ive heard 65 in the mustang can net 30mpg, but the trips weve been on were usually 75 most of the way and about 24-25mpg...I really expected a more efficient engine with a 6 speed woulda put it in the 30-32 mpg range for some reason. just looks a lot more aerodynamic up front than the mustang, and with a smaller v6 and second overdrive was expecting better. wish I could just talk her into another mustang
