  1. The photo in my original post, times 4, as well as comments from 2FAST4U and onyxbfly. I come from a Ford family. I don't mind taking jabs at the company where quality is job 1.
  2. I was not aware of a wheel and tire package when I bought this. I bought from a Toyota dealership so this was the only Edge on the lot. I'm happy with it, but the wheels will drive me crazy looking like that. I know I said in my first post that I want to keep a stock look but I am consider stripping the black paint and then just clear coating the aluminum. I won't do anything right away some I have some time to think about it.
  3. Thanks to all of you for the replies. I will look into fixing the wheels myself. If Ford can't do a good job of painting rims, I may as well give it a try.
  4. I bought my '15 Sport used last weekend. I can't tell if the black paint on the wheels is a modification or stock. Either way, it's coming off. I'd like to keep stock look, so should I try to match the factory black with a new coat of paint as best I can, or should I try removing it instead? Thank you.
  5. Aloha! Good luck with the MKX. Hope you're enjoying TN. I miss my vacations to Sevierville.
  6. Aloha! Couldn't find "U.S. Pacific Ocean" in the Region drop-down, so I'm here to represent the unrepresented. Just bought a '15 yesterday. It's very nice. Previous owners molested it and I'm on a campaign to restore it to stock - except for the tinted windows, I'll leave those alone. But otherwise I really like it. I've got to clean up the terrible paint job done to the wheels. I've already removed most of the wiring left behind after a terrible amp and sub install. It has 23,900 miles and three past owners. Looking to keep it a while and see where this little adventure goes. Mahalo!
