There Are no Codes present, the dealer did several pin tests and found nothing. When i hook a scan tool to the vehicle no communication when cold out side and won't start. Every light in the book flashes on the screen and wont start. service everything,

i was incorrect , that was the TSB they used. still no change.

Ive tried that and everything i can think of so did the dealership, they basically gave up and gave the car back to me

Yes Rotten egg sulfur smell fills the cab under hard acceleration on hot days.. They did this tsb: TSB 14-0201 EXHAUST SULFUR ODOR AFTER HARD ACCELERATION – CLIMATE CONTROL IN RECIRCULATION MODE ONLY Publication Date: October 28, 2014 FORD: 2011-2014 Edge LINCOLN: 2011-2015 MKX I printed it and they did it but it didnt change anything. The vehicle runs good though other then this.

Ive had this issue for a while now, took it to the dealer last winter they had it for a month and replaced the ecm and other items and could not figure it out. They gave it back when the weather warmed up. I put a brand new battery in it as well. It has no communication when the issue presents itself, like the computers not talking to all the modules. any help would be apricated.!

I've had this issue since the beginning of time and dealer has not figured it out or done anything about it. It happens especially when hot out side , AC on. They tried the glue and reseal method in the TSB but no fix. I'm thinking it has something to do with the PTU or trans, but they say they cant replace the PTU unless its leaking. (or Cat?) Any help would be apricated !
