  1. Glad they got you going. For now I have OTA disabled as I want control over changes to my vehicle. Seems if there is a OTA issue, question or problem the various support teams at Ford can’t seem to agree on what is normal after the update. They can’t agree or tell you which new software features should be on your vehicle after the update is applied, even when given your VIN they still can’t figure it out as the update description is vague and generic to all models.
  2. Update on yesterday’s appointment. The dealer says they worked with a Ford FE yesterday and nothing is missing from the update . However if I look at the update description provided on the screen of MY Edge it says the personal profile is a part of it. I will post another thread and see if anyone has the update. So nothing was done and nothing was resolved
  3. Worked with Sync support on my case and finally got a call saying they have a fix. Appointment made Mid January. We will see
  4. New Member, Was trying to post in Sync Forum but it is greyed out. Purchased a 2023 brand new from dealer. While I was sleeping the vehicle did a auto update to Sync. I am now at the latest level no further updates are available. I received no error messages after the update however features such as add a profile, on display temperature dial etc did not come across. Worked with a excellent Sync Support person over a hour and they said take it to the dealer. Dealer unable to resolve and said they opened a ticket with a FSP ? and will call me back when they have a direction. 3 weeks later no call. Called Sync support they said the ticket was closed and asked if I ever took it to a dealer. They say I need to stay on the dealer and make sure they resolve the issue. Dealer says they have to wait for FSP ? I have been in IT Hardware support for over 20 years, now retired and do not want to play these games. If a code update is partially successful or fails you have to back level the code and try again, if that is not possible you remote in and manually update failing modules, if that does not work you replace hardware. I really do not want to spend weeks and months badgering people to resolve a issue any suggestions ?
