Code P1450 - problem starting after filling up

We have a 2015 Edge SEL 2.0 that is showing code P1450. Anytime we put gas in the car struggles to start for a few minutes. Every video I’ve seen shows to replace the Purge Valve. We have done this (using part # F2GZ-9D289-A) and cleaned around the fuel fill tube but the problem persists. Is there something that we are missing or that we can try next?
