I bought a 2020 Edge Titanium with a 2.0 engine. It’s making the same buzzing noise upon acceleration. I’ve taken it to two different dealers. They replaced the fuel pump and it’s still making the noise. They are telling me that it’s a normal noise. If it’s a normal noise, then why didn’t the loaner ( same make & year) cars make the noise? They said some cars do and some cars don’t. What a crock of BS! the fuel pump is on the drivers side of the engine. The noise is coming from the opposite side. Had I noticed this noise prior, I would have never bought this car. I’m going to try another dealer. Never again will I buy another Ford!
