Old thread, looong thread, GREAT thread! I picked up a low miles 2016 Sport AWD for my son to pair with my daughter's 2017 Sport AWD we got last year. The 2016 has the Adaptive Steering modes (Normal / Sport) greyed out in the display (can't select or modify). From reading this thread, I learned to count the lock-to-lock turns and it's 2 (same on the 2017), so I know the adaptive steering is working. I've surmised the steering wheel was probably replaced but not programmed properly. There's no steering wheel replacement on the CarFax though. I guess next step is to ask the dealer for the Oasis report and see if anything is on there. I doubt my son cares about having the steering modes, my daughter likes Normal on hers, I prefer the Sport mode. Anyway, if any of you are still around, I appreciate all your posts!
