That low battery message is the culprit. Get the battery tested and replaced if needed. It fixes the intermittent access issue.

I know this thread is a bit old, but I just came across it while digging for the same issue on my 2020 Edge. My proximity sensors started acting up right after a battery swap, and the door locks went nuts a week later. Did you ever pull the codes? I used Royal Locksmith Lake Worth and everything was fixed.
