Waldo is correct. I just tried my new AWD LTD with 500km on it. As long as you start the engine before pressing the lock button on the drivers door, the doors will stay locked. Enjoy your Edge! I know I'm enjoying mine :shades:

Does anyone have this problem: My instrument lights seem really dim. I turn them all the way up to dome light on and back a touch until dome light goes off, but on a cloudy rainy day when I use driving lights I can't read the speedometer. The message center and radio displays also dim quite a bit. The dealer says I don't have a problem. I tried the calibration routine in the owners manual but that made no difference. The manual also states that the message center and radio displays do not dim until full darknes occurs as per the dashboard light sensor. Any help would be appreciated

I picked up my new Edge yesterday! :happy feet: White AWD Limited, 20" chrome wheels and totally loaded. Wow what a ride! Except the SYNC and Satellite radio were Kaput. Had to go back today a have the dealer connect their diagnostic computer to the OBDII socket to reset every thing. They tell me that they are having quite a few reports of this problem. When I eventually synced my cell to the system it showed that someone had tried to sync a Blackberry at one time. (Maybe on a demo run) anyway the mechanic told me that Blackberries are a problem. Antone else have a problem? Also, my instrument lights are dim even with the roll switch all the way up. I did the calibration in the owners manual but it made no difference. The manual also said that the message center and climate center would not dim until full darkness, but they do dim as well as the instrument lights in daylight. Back to the dealer again? This is not working out as planned.

I just purchased a 2009 AWD limited, loaded with everything except navigation system, for $31,000 CDN ($28,014 US) so they are asking way too much.
