Long story short 2 of the 4 motor arms are broken on the passenger side mirror. Which puts me in a predictiment - replace just the motor ($40) or replace the entire mirror ($146). Has anybody torn a side mirror apart to get to the motor? Are there a bunch of easily broken tabs/mounts or is it straight forward?

Found rust bubbles on the bottom door seams on 3 out of the 4 doors. I will be taking it in first part of next week for the 2nd inspection as I think the dealership's "fix" is going to be a simple wire brush, seam sealer, paint fix which won't fly.

Yes, bringing this back up as it's the most relative thread. Bought the Edge back in July and detailed it this weekend to find rust bubbling up on 3 of the four doors. I am concerned that since we just ticket over 36,000 miles (37,500 now) the dealer will be a bit tough to work with. Any input?
