It is nice to see that Ford continuing to advance and re-do their entire product line. When will the new Edges be at the dealerships? Although I need the cargo space (especially the width) of the Explorer (I've got a 2006), it will be interesting to drive the Edge or other Fords with the new turbo-charged 4. I've got experience for comparison - we own a 2002 Mercedes C230K with a supercharged 4 which prvides good power and excellent mileage, and I order new and drove for many miles a 1984 Pontiac J2000 Sunbird with a turbo-charged 4 which also had good power and excellent mileage (and was still running strong when I sold it strong with 160,000 mles on it).

Excellent - a very short strike! I could not understand why anyone who works for Ford would want to risk ruining the launch of the Edge and MKX, and hurting the tens of thousands of people associated with Ford who may sink or swim depending on the success of the Edge and MKX. I celebrated by calling the dealership to add one more option (Audiophile) to my order.
