i take it I stand alone on this one...

Anyone else have this problem? The problem is right where the pass. windshield wiper ends in movement on the drivers side, when its misting out or snow, it catches all the salt and mist and leaves a visible line right in my view, compared to the rest of the windshield..i have to constantly wash the matter off as it is in my view.. its a visible line only seen when wet..dry is perfect and cant see it..i have tried buffing it off but to no avail...any good suggestions on how to get rid of it?

i get the hesitation in the morning , when cold...but once warm its fine for me...but i do notice on highway when i want to pass it seems to lull down and find a gear to hit..

i know i go almost to the tee 350 miles till i get my light to come on...
