Wow, 3 turns, I thought that may be too much but I guess not. I will give a few more turns and see what that does. Thanks Akirby.

You need a masters degree in electrical engineering to install a remote start on these cars. Trust me when I tell you to have a professiuonal install this item. It will cost more $$ but save you maybe 3 years on your life!

If it becomes a problem for my vehicle those are options too?
When I am paying a $1,000/month for a vehicle I get pissed when it doesn't work right.
And I will not appologize to you, Ford or anyone else.
I expect better. It is your choice if you accept crappy service.

$1,000/month........what the hell are you driving, a cayenne ? Somebody got raped at the dealer.

Another re-designed PTU......oy vey !
-
How many turns did you all turn the set screw ? I turned mine a 1/4 turn counterclockwise.
-
Remember, these cars weigh over 2 tons! Light take-offs are key to getting better mileage.
-
Raised mine up too. I couldn't even see upcoming turns on back roads until I was in them !!!! Had no problems with other drivers as I have yet to be "flashed"

I think you just like to hear yourself complain. What's next? www.badrightrearwheelbearingedge.com? www.trannyhesitatesshiftingfrom2ndto3rdedge.com?
Hahaha !!!

You say it would cost ford money, cost ford headaches, and it is in the best interest of ford......what about the consumer...? we paid for the car and should not have to worry about inconveniencing ford, they should worry about the inconvenience for the consumer.

If you want one ThinLine, I have one I'll give you if you pay shipping on the piece of crap.
No Thanks ! Looks like a dead cat lying on the dash !

I also do not have those covers. Is this something that should have been installed and was overlooked. I do not want to be charged for a part that should have been there.
-
I did it real quick, I added the sport fog lamps....
GIves the front end a "light in the loafers" cheesy smile. I am not a fan, but I do like the sport bumper.
-
What the heck is on your dash board ? Nice mod with the hood.....does it cause any additional glare on the windshield....because we all know we don't need anymore of that.

Another wheel bearing bites the dust !
-
'07 and '10 models are exactly the same. I think the "quieter" ride is due to the new tires. You should have waited for the re-designed 2011 model with the ecoboost V6.

I dont have DRL's but I believe they would still be on even with the selector in the off position. Cars sold in Canada have to have the DRL's activated by law.
-
That is a wicked eye catching red ! Sweet ride.

That sub is out of stock. Cheap price too as I am not looking to spend alot. Does anyone know the rms going to the stock sub? This sub can handle 150w rms and 300w max. Thanks for the reply !

My bad wheel bearing sounded like a "mud" tire on a dodge ram barreling down the highway.
-
The camo is supposed to "hide" the body lines and design of the headlights/tails. I think the new style is sweet. I do miss the bad ass full length tailight on the older model.
-
Holy Moly !
-
It's a bad wheel bearing.
-
Never had any probs with the plug. You may need to have the wheel balanced as the plug can throw the balance off.

I have the upgraded sound system with the sub. My question is : Will it make a noticeable difference if I just replace the factory sub with a good aftermarket one......or will I have to amp the new sub to make a difference ? If I need to amp it, can all wiring be done in the rear of the vehicle? I do not want to do this if it is too complicated as I simply do not have the time.

50,000 miles out of brakes on a car that weighs more than 2 tons is great. You must be a cautious driver so no need for heavy braking. Seems I will need pads around 35,000.
