Anyone ever get their dealer to fix this shifting issue? My wife's car is at the dealer now getting this looked at. I don't believe they will do anything unless they actually witness the hard shift. There is little to no chance that will happen and our warranty will probably be up in the next few months. Ours seems to do it when coming off of a coast and getting on to the gas lightly. It does it maybe once or twice a week. We have a 2008 MKX AWD.
