Have had our Edge for two weeks. Really enjoy this vehicle. Has anyone got any ideas why the transmission tends to jerk into gear at low speeds, like 5 mph or so, following a slight acceleration while already rolling. Very noticeable driving around parking lots or stop-and-go traffic at low speed, slowing down, but not stopping and then giving it a little gas.

I've got the med. stone interior as well and would like to get one of these CoverKing/JC Whitney Velour dashmats. What color did you finally go with?

Thanks for the helpful replies. The link to this issue seems to have answered my concern. Most likely just the lock/unlock feature of the transmission gearshift.

When I shift my Edge out of park I hear and feel a slight click in the gearshift. Does anyone else experience this? I'm wondering if this is normal operation or if I should have it checked out.
