I've only had my 07 Edge since April and just bought some winter tires and rims. I'm embarassed to say i didn't know it had a TPMS. Within 10 kms the error kicked in and i'm off to the tire shop to have some sensors put in as i'm not willing to put up with the (!) lit on my dash and the warning in the message center every winter.... I liked my Bonneville's TPMS....all you had to do was reset it between summer and winter tires.....

I have a 07 red Edge and same thing with my front bumper. You can see the bumper is a darker red then the rest of the truck

Well i'm very glad i bought the extended warranty, was told the job cost Ford $4000. They had the dashboard, console and seats out of the Edge and what i thought was a little canister was actually the whole apparatus behind the dash. 4 days now and no more white powder..... :happy feet:

So i finally heard from the Ford dealer today and seems after they confirm the white powder is still coming out the vents they will proceed to change the evaporater which mean the Edge will be in the shop for 2 days as i'm told it's a big job..... :yup:

Well the Edge was at the dealers a little over a week ago for the white particle issue. They did everything according to the TSB posted by Gary F and it's back again, i got roughly 2 days with nothing blowing out of the vents. It cost me $100 and wasn't covered by warranty because no parts were replaced. Labor was 1.4 hrs so i'm thinking i still got a deal as they only charged me what my deductable would have been Stopped by the dealer today and the mechanic is calling the Ford help desk to find out what to do next. I'm thinking it's time to replace parts. This is not a new issue and i would think after 3 years they'd know what to do........

I can't believe they never put a locking glovebox in the 07 Edge.... :angry: or am i missing where the lock is?.... :wacko: Was thinking of getting a automotive safe and was wondering what others were using?

Hi all! My new to me 07 Edge SEL is a great CUV and i love it to pieces, but the one thing annoying me is, When i turn on the air conditioning i get white powder coming out of the vents. At first i thought maybe the dealer put air fresherner in the vents but i'm still getting it. I've been told my ac drain hole is plugged, but not sure how to go about unplugging it? Any help would be greatly appreciated Deb

I have a 07 Edge and recently noticed the puddle bulb on the passenger side is out. Was just wondering how you replace it. I can't seem to get the lens off and don't really want to try to pry it till i find out if you pry it off or turn it. Funny the owners manual doesn't say anything about it. Also the local jobby doesn't carry the bulb for it, is it a dealer only? Thanks in advance.
