Noufal
I have been experiencing spongy pedal issues with my Ford Edge sport 2013. A year ago it started going spongy when I used emergency breaking. As soon as the air is released, it will be back to normal. However, later on it doesn't become normal after releasing the air. The master cylinder and brake booster have been replaced. The situation remains the same. Please let me know how I can resolve this issue I hope you can help me out with this issue. My dashboard does not display any warning lights.
efredian@cox.net
I hope someone has a suggestion. I have a 2013 Limited and am having the same problem, I think. I recently replaced the awful chrome 20” wheels with new cast wheels. On my test drive after Firestone had mounted my new wheel and tires (they actually just replaced the old wheel and tires with mounted wheel and tires shipped from Tire Rack) we had the same problem. When they test drive it they had no problem. We tried again and the problem seems to have disappeared. Now, three months later it has reappeared. When I hit the brakes they seem to go all the way to the floor before they have any reaction. Pumping them has litter or no effect. The do work, but only suddenly after the seem to hit the floor. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks
