I was wondering if Ford has a PTU cooling duct for the Edge like the Explorer one. I have a 2018 Edge Titanium 3.5l. STBEAST Posted November 19, 2025 Report Share Posted November 19, 2025 I'm not sure when this all started but my 2021 edge ST had a liquid cooled PTU. I also saw a thread where some PTU's had an electric fan attached to the PTU. Have you climbed under and inspected your PTU? I guessing your year is before they started addressing the PTU heat issues, but maybe worth a check.
