The driver assit package has been delayed until late September if I'm not mistaken.

Sorry, can't really elaborate. Just my salesman saying he checked with Ford Canada as to why my order wasn't going in build. He was told it wouldn't go through until September. I decided to order without the package. Haven't seen anything online about it.I'll be keeping an eye on this site to see if they update it sometime.

I was informed today that the Driver's package was delayed even further. Late September supposedly.

Blitz... What is being said is: the sensors on the 2011-2014 are on the FRONT doors only. You touch the handles on the front doors and all doors unlock. The 2015 Edge has sonsors on ALL doors. You touch ANY handle and the doors unlock.

My dealer was able to check the progress with his computer. Their site gave him updates all through the process. He was even able to know when the vehicle was put on the train, where the train was at, and when it was put on the transport truck.

I ordered the Driver Entry Package (51E)--(perimeter alarm, intelligent access, power liftgate, remote start), the Vision Package (17V)--(BLISS,Rain sensing), HID (59D), Adaptive cruise and Collision warning (63A), Voice Nav (52N) and the roof rack (68B). It is Canadian build Packages, ordered on November 11, Produced December 7, Shipped December 8, and took possession on December 18.

Nope... I have the limited, with adaptive cruise, and I don't have the Vista roof (needed the roof rack for kayaks)
