Wish list of fixes for Major Upgrade Rewrite 1. Faster interface 2. New POI Updates for the GPS 3. Read SMS from Iphone 4X 4. Fix compatibility for different access points, as right now its pointless to have the AP in the car since it doesn't connect to most routers anyway. 5. Add compatibility to usb rocket stick or internet usb stick as of now I haven't seen an internet usb stick model in Canada that works. 6. Faster loading time for the GPS. ( When starting the car it takes a long time to load) 7. Weather and Traffice report. 8. Support for sending map Directions from Google maps to navigation system.( Currently this is only supported in the US)

Guys, My MKX 2011 will be 1 year old this month, and first when I bought this I also tried to use the access point with no success. I went through the same problems, for instance the access point will tell the password used is wrong. I was trying to connect to my home access point to see if it will work, but the sad thing is ford told me there is no USB stick in Canada that is supported at the moment. The only way it works is if you use bluetooth, but believe me this feature is useless since you can create a hotspot with your Iphone or Android.

It's funny I have a MKX 2011 and have the same problem. It's all windows 95 all over again microsoft with lots of bugs. I'm also thinking about replacing my car as I had my car for 8 month's now and almost every month i have to visit the dealer for updates or master resets. I believe Ford really dropped the ball on QA for the my lincoln touch.

Same here took my mkx last saturday to get the tbs 2.11 update now the voice commands don't work for the navigation. Any one familiar with the CAMVAP process?

Hi Everybody, I own a Lincoln MKX 2011 limited edition. Just had some problem 2 days ago again with the lincoln Touch, the navigation system voice just stopped working. I had to do a master reset and lost all my settings again. Lincoln should have a way of saving these settings and loading them back once the master reset is completed. The bad news is that I was on the phone with ford and they said more updates are on the way. This will be the 5th time my car goes to the garage for updates in 3 month's. First camera was blacked out. Then there was navigation goes black. the last one I could remember was the sirius stopped working. I believe ford licoln should start thinking about rebate, or soon we will hear about class action law suites. cheers,
