(3/31/2011) I wrote to Ford Motor Co a few weeks back about having mud flaps for the front wheels (after market does not have them). I noticed an excess buildup of road "stuff" on the inside of the door (and quarter panel) in the lower forward corner area of the door (driver and passenger). Mud flaps would help in this area. I am fortunate, I live in the South, a northern salty environment would rust out these doors in this area.

Had a similar story here in SW Florida. Not as hot as you stated. On a trip, used bluetooth to make phone calls. Upon completion, touched the "home" icon on the bottom of the screen. The display went to the "Ford" startup / shutdown display and stayed there (frozen?). I also had the narrow 4 corner colored displays. Repeated touching the screen resulted in no changes. Had to restart car to return normal functions.

I always have the left screen setting on instant fuel economy with vertical tach and vertical fuel guage. On 1 out of 10 to 15 starts, the screen changes to round tach. I need to reset to my desired display. Answered incoming call by touching the center screen. The square box in the center of the screen remained (without verbage). The back up camera had this black square in the middle of the screen and then the main screen had the same box. Upon restart, the problem cleared up. I always have the radio on. Upon starting the Edge, the radio is off 1 out of 10 - 15 starts.
