  1. Hello fellow Edge owners Anyone have a problem with blown right front wheel seals?? Have a brief smell of oil when coming to a stop. Went to dealer and it was found to be a r/f wheel seal dripping onto the exhaust. The dealer said he just finished doing one on another Edge. My truck has about 4000 miles on it Drive safe, have fun
  2. Bic I too never got stuck in snow with front wheel drive or rear wheel drive for that matter. Maybe "delayed" but always managed to get it going no matter how deep or icy the roads were. I do believe however that it would be easier and "safer" to have the All wheel drive option. I and no doubt you have taken some chances on the road to keep those wheels turning. And yes, I just leased an All wheel Drive Edge. My first all wheel or 4 wheel in 30 some odd years of driving. (I drive a tractor trailer for a living) Have a great day
  3. Maybe you should stick to putting a strobe or LED on your dash (Less headaches)
  4. Exactly what I wanted to hear. Thanks :yup:
  5. Speaking of chrome wheels. My new Edge has the 18" chrome wheels and I'm wondering the best way to clean them between washes. They feel like they have a plastic coating rather then a real chrome finish so would it be OK to use a window cleaner type product and soft paper towel to shine it up? Thanks
  6. Hello I leased mine because every three years I'm due for the latest improvements. No doubt I'll be getting another Edge
  7. Anyhow You should not have to bother with the traction control button. If you do deactivate it by pushing the button then a light will pop up on the dash reminding you that you turned it off
  8. I'm really enjoying the new Edge. Have the SEL Plus with just about everything except the roof and Nav
