  1. I've been a participate since March, when I got my Edge. I haven't had any negative experiences, and, the information you are privy to is very informative. Being part of the survey gets you the info for free.
  2. How about your doo-dads....were they hanging low, indicating warmth, or up high, indicating cold??? At least you got blown by the stealership....was it from blu by u???
  3. It's the wind deflector for your BAMR that is causing the temp. difference....the stealership really ripped you off...demand monetary compensation. Also, the pressure wave created by having the rear windows open contribute to the temp. difference. The pressure wave is cause by a design flaw of the Edge....Sue Ford (as in lawsuit, not the person)for millions, because you can't drive down the road at insanely high speeds with your rear windows open!! F*ckin' A, man!!
  4. I find it simply amazing that for decades, people living in the northeast part of the country (I'm from Maine, so I know where of I speak) got around in the winter with regular, rear wheel drive cars. Then, all of a sudden, people "need" all wheel drive or 'four' wheel drive in order to get around. If one does not have the skill to drive on snow covered roads to begin with, awd or 4x4 vehicles won't help a damn bit. I've seen plenty of the sheep out there that have slid off the road, or gotten stuck in their awd/4x4 vehicles, because they haven't a clue.
  5. If you have cleavage, display it. If you have a good body, show it. The salesman will be distracted, and give you what you want. If you don't have any of the above, getting a 2007 is a good idea, 'cause the 2008s are on the way, and Mr. Dealer will wheel and deal to get rid of leftover stock. Remember, the dealer is usually paying interest on the cars sitting on his lot..he has to buy them from Ford, and usually, unless the dealer is filthy rich and can front the money himself, they go through a bank or financial institution..so, the longer a car has been on the lot, the more it's costing him, the more eager he will be to get rid of it. Read.."Don't Get Taken Every Time" by Remar Sutton. It is informative, funny, and will teach you a lot. Now, there are those on here that will poo poo Mr. Sutton's book. Ignore them. Read the book. Then, with you new found knowledge, and that low cut top, you'll do just fine.
  6. Yer talkin' out yer butt....Ford quality control is just as good as anyone else! Where did all you whiners and complainers go before there was an internet with forums?
