Has on one ever gotten an update to work over wifi? I started getting the screen posted above on my 19 Edge and even though I'm connected to wifi at my house nothing ever happens. When I press Scan for updates nothing happens, at all. My sync is version 3.3 which I believe is the newest.

Same for me. I have a 2011 Limited Ford Edge w/o Nav. It's telling me I'm up to date at 3.5.1. Is there anywhere I can download it from?

I have a Verizon iPhone 4 that I use with sync in my '11 Ford Edge. I don't know when it started to happen, I'll say a few days ago, the bluetooth audio streaming no longer works. It use to say ACBiPhone, now it just says BT Stereo. Of course when I press on that, sometimes it says connecting to iPhone, sometimes it does nothing. My iPhone syncs just fine as the Phone for the vehicle, it's just that the bluetooth stereo won't work anymore. I am on sync version 2.4, and the only update I have ever installed was the one to fix the voice command for the Sirius stations. I have tried deleting and repairing my phone a couple times, but still have no luck getting BT audio to start working again. Any ideas?

I am going to when I get home. That's about 6 hours from now. I was just wondering if anyone could confirm it before then.

I am having trouble playing video through the AV input. I have tried a portable DVD player, a Kodak Playsport camera, and a Panasonic still cam. I have the car turned on to accessories (not running) and connected the RCA cables appropriately. I get audio, but no video. I have not tried to play video with the parking brake engaged. Does it need to be engaged for video to work? I have a 2011 Ford Edge Limited without Navigation. I have no idea what software I am running because sync my ride website is down.

Thanks. I am registered with sync my ride, but as you mentioned, it can't retrieve my system info. I thought maybe there was a way to find it on the system itself buried inside some menu. Maybe you can tell me what the current version of FMT and Sync are, just so I know when I am finally able to login.

No one knows how to check what version of FMT or Sync is installed???

That's the feeling I am starting to get. It hasn't been too bad, but it should be better. I think if someone can answer the questions I posted I will feel a little better.

I am a new member and owner of a 2011 Ford Edge Limited with MyTouch. Already, I am having some problems and had to reboot the system, in addition to it locking up and crashing before hand. I have a few questions maybe someone can help me with. First off, I am curious as to what version of MyTouch I have. I see people are updating to 2.8. How do I find out what version I have? I have looked through the menus but have been unsuccessful. Same goes for SYNC. How do I find what version I have? Is there a way to update these myself, or are they dealer only? Second, I am having no luck using the AV inputs to play video. I shot some video on a Kodak Playsport pocket cam and connected the 1/8 mini cable from the camera to the white and yellow (no red, mono audio only) to the RCA inputs in the car. I start to play the video on the camera and the screen goes black (as it does on that cam when connected to external device) but nothing happens on the 8" screen. The car is in park, the accessories are turned on (didn't fully start vehicle) and the media center is set to AV Input. Nothing. I would appreciate any help and information to the above questions. Thank you!
