    Thanks Peter. Just wanted to know before trying to find the flash drive that Ford mailed out last summer.

    I'm having the issues where my voice control does not chime and does not ask me to say a command. From reading the forums, I see that one of the solutions is performing a Master Reset. The question is: will I need to reload 3.0.2 or will the reset simply "reboot" my 3.0.2 instance?
